My fascination with homes started a long time ago. When I was a child, my father worked for an architect. I loved peeking at the house plans that were spread out on a massive table; those plans contained seemingly magical possibilities. But even more, I loved roaming the home sites, walking through the studs that would eventually support walls – walls that would one day be filled with people making memories in a house they would someday call “home.”
As a high school and middle school teacher for 15 years, I was in the right place doing what I loved. Now, I am honored to be able to pursue another passion of mine—working with the people I dreamed about as a child to help you buy or sell your home. That vision I had as a child studying those house plans? I bring that vision to you, my clients, helping you to see the possibilities when searching for your dream home and navigating the process of selling when it’s time to move to the next phase. I specialize in bringing peace of mind to you and your family; detail-oriented, efficient, and effective, you can rest assured that I will be with you every step of the way.
When I’m not working with buyers and sellers, I enjoy volunteering with children as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) and with Dress for Success, and I enjoy hiking, cycling, and snow skiing with my husband, Michael, and our boys, Jordan and Owen. Originally from Oklahoma and, more recently, West Virginia, I feel incredibly fortunate to have landed in the beautiful Lake Norman area, and I look forward to serving you in your buying or selling process.
