On September 8th, Emily and Adam celebrated a beautiful wedding day at The Back Farm on Piney Run in Garret County, MD — As they were getting ready in their suites, they decided to exchanged gifts and letters with one another. Once the ceremony concluded, their family and friends partied and danced into the late hours of the night.

On August 11, 2012, The Back Farm on Piney Run debuted as Garrett County’s most picturesque outdoor wedding venue. With over 500 people attending, comments were made that the farm, our farm, was a beautiful setting for the ceremony and reception. We sowed the seed and thus, the wedding business was born! The Back Farm on Piney Run is a simple, yet elegant setting for your special event. Our facility provides the best of both worlds- with a peace of mind for the weather, yet emphasizes the fresh Garrett County air; and a bath house that will be sure to please the Bride and Groom!
