Eric was born and raised in Clarksburg WV. He has worked for the U.S. Postal Service for over 26 years and is currently the Postmaster in his hometown. Over the years his career moved him around and required him to live in several other states, however, his love for the mountain state brought him back home where he currently resides in Morgantown WV with his family.
Eric’s love and passion for real estate started 32 years ago when he bought his first home. This purchase taught him the value and strength of real estate, ultimately sparking his desire to continue working and investing in the real estate market with the purchase and management of multiple commercial and residential rental properties over the past 26 years. His experience within real estate has provided him the ability to see potential where others may not.
