Anthony J. Sparks
Owner & Creative Director
Anthony grew up near Ohiopyle, Pennsylvania. He earned his B.A. in Communications from Bethany College, WV. After graduating, Anthony moved to Morgantown, WV to work as a videographer and media specialist. He then began the company Sparks Productions, which is now known as Sparks Media Agency. Anthony has spent the last decade building relationships, developing brands, and telling stories.
Anthony is the founder and creative lead at Sparks Media Agency, a content production company specializing in bold, story-driven photo and video production. With a background in media and a passion for authentic storytelling, Anthony partners with brands, businesses, and individuals to craft visuals that connect and inspire. From corporate campaigns to community initiatives, his team brings a fresh, cinematic edge to every project. Whether on set or behind the scenes, Anthony is driven by purpose, people, and powerful content.
When not at work, he’s accompanied by his wife, Emily, and his two wonderful daughters.

Production Manager & Marketing Strategist
Noah grew up in Mt. Morris, Pennsylvania, and brings a unique blend of military discipline and creative vision to the Sparks Media Agency team. As a United States Marine Corps veteran, Noah earned two Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals for excellence in videography and livestream production. Throughout his military career, he served as the lead videographer and photographer in San Diego, California, and later as Director of Marketing near Albany, New York, where he managed brand awareness, social media, and lead generation efforts across 46 recruiting offices.
With a career rooted in visual storytelling and strategic marketing, Noah specializes in video production, photography, and creative project management. At Sparks Media Agency, he leads video editing and production, and project oversight—delivering content that connects and drives results.
Outside of work, Noah enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Shemary, and their daughter, Ely.
Matt grew up in Fort Ashby, West Virginia. He earned his B.S. in Mass Communication with a minor in Film Studies from Frostburg State University. While in college, Matt was the editor for a feature-length documentary, an experience that helped shape his passion and skills in video editing and storytelling.
Matt specializes in video editing and production, bringing a creative, detail-oriented approach to every project he works on. His dedication to the craft and eye for compelling narratives are what drive his work each day. Matt is a vital part of the team, contributing his expertise and creativity to help bring stories to life.
When Matt is not working, he enjoys spending time with his partner Jasmine and their two cats. He also loves watching films, playing games, and immersing himself in new stories and experiences across different mediums.
