Anthony grew up near Ohiopyle, Pennsylvania. He earned his B.A. in Communications from Bethany College, WV. After graduating, Anthony moved to Morgantown, WV to work as a videographer and media specialist. He then began the company Sparks Productions, which is now known as Sparks Media Agency. Anthony has spent the last decade building relationships, developing brands, and telling stories.

Rhone grew up in Parkersburg, West Virginia. He earned his B.A. in Psychology from Bethany College, WV and his M.S. in Business & Human Resource Management from Marshall University. He has since spent his career in Higher Education Advancement and Development. In his recent role as Executive Director of Annual Giving at Bethany College, Rhone led fundraising efforts, campus renovations, and marketing strategy.

Rhone brings excessive knowledge to Sparks Media Agency in areas of consulting & strategy, fundraising, events & planning, writing, and creative design. Rhone oversees the day-to-day operations at Sparks Media Agency and leads business development and sales. Additionally, he leads fundraising consulting and education production.

In Rhone’s free time, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife, dog Nova, family, and friends. If Rhone isn’t tied to his computer, or spending time with family & friends, you’ll likely find him tossing frisbee or on the tennis court, basketball court, or golf course!

Noah grew up in Mt. Morris, PA. He earned two Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals in Videography and Livestream Production from the United States Marine Corps (USMC). He has spent his career working as a videographer, photographer, and creative manager. In his role with the USMC, Noah was the lead videographer and photographer while stationed near San Diego, CA. During his time stationed near Albany, NY, Noah was the Director of Marketing where his primary role was managing 46 recruiting offices in brand awareness, social media management, and lead generation.

Noah brings distinctive experiences and exceptional understanding of marketing, videography, and social media strategy to the Sparks Media Agency Team. Noah produces and edits video productions, leads social media strategy, analyzes data, and manages projects.

Noah spends most of his free time outdoors or with friends and family. He enjoys listening to music, fishing, hunting, and camping.

Seth is from a small town—Shadyside, Ohio. He earned his B.A. in Electronic Media and Video & Photo Production at West Virginia University. From the age of seven, he’s created videos and analyzed every frame and aspect of video and photo production. Ever since, he’s had the desire to capture moments using filmmaking as a medium.

Seth brings a wealth of knowledge and artistic solutions to Sparks Media Agency in areas such as filming, editing, color-grading, photography, and creative design. He’s heavily involved in daily scriptwriting, editing, concepting, and production.

In Seth’s free time he enjoys traveling, seeing family, and listening to mellow music to relax and wind-down. He has traveled solo around the country taking photos and making films of his adventures. If Seth doesn’t have a camera in his hand, something feels out of place, for that’s what makes him happiest.
